For vases, if the original isn’t available, we’ll provide a similar vase of equal quality or style at no extra cost.

1.Bouquets (if comes with no vase)

1. Carefully remove the water storage bag from the stems.
2. Fill a clean vase with fresh, cool water. Add half of the flower food provided (or the whole pack if your bouquet is large).
   
3. Trim the stems at a 45° angle before placing them in the vase.
   
4. Re-cut the stems every 1–2 days.
   
5. Change the water and refresh the flower food every 1–2 days to keep your flowers healthy.

2. Bouquets with a vase

1. Remove any packaging from the bouquet and make sure the vase is clean.
   
2. Fill the vase with fresh, cool water and add the provided flower food.
   
3. Trim the stems at a 45° angle to help them absorb water better.
   
4. Place the vase in a cool spot away from direct sunlight, heat, or drafts.
   
5. Re-cut stems and replace the water and flower food every 1–2 days.

3. Flower boxes with foam

1. Check the foam daily and add fresh water as needed to keep it moist.
   
2. Avoid moving the box too much to prevent damaging the arrangement.
   
3. Keep the box in a cool area, away from direct sunlight, heat, or drafts.
   
4. Remove any wilted flowers to maintain the overall beauty of the arrangement.
