Standard Sales Policy
All sales are final.
Delivery Address
No refunds are issued if the address is incomplete or incorrect. In few cases you can change address before shipment. Additional fee may apply.
Substitution Policy
If a specific flower variety is unavailable, we hold the right to use alternative flowers of equal or greater value. In cases if you request premium flowers as substitutes, additional charges may apply depending on availability.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes
Any changes to an order must be requested within 24 hours of sale or 48 hours before the delivery date based on the order date. If changes cannot be processed due to availability, we will process cancellation. A nominal processing fee will be charged to cover transaction and overhead costs.

Delivery Refusals
Refunds cannot be issued for orders refused at delivery. We can delivery to a different address if it falls within scheduled delivery distance for the day. Additional delivery fee may apply for the second delivery address.
All arrangements are custom-made with fresh flowers, any refusal will still incur the full charge. This policy follows standard industry practices for perishable goods.
