Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Miami?
Yes! Floralina offers same-day flower delivery across Miami-Dade County. Place your order by 4 PM EST for same-day delivery. Running late? Contact us before ordering — we'll try to make it happen We deliver to Miami, Miami Gardens, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, and surrounding areas.
What is the cutoff time for same-day delivery?
Place your order by 4 PM EST for same-day delivery. Running late? Contact us before ordering — we'll try to make it happen
How much does flower delivery cost?
Complimentary delivery on all orders over $150. A flat $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $150. We deliver within approximately 30 miles of Miami — some zip codes outside our standard delivery zone may be excluded. Your address is confirmed at checkout.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout Miami-Dade County including: Miami, Miami Gardens, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Aventura, Sunny Isles Beach, Bal Harbour, North Miami, Doral, Miami Lakes, Opa-locka, and surrounding areas.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded location and photograph the delivery. You'll receive a notification when delivery is completed.
Can I pick up my order in Miami?
Yes! Pickup available at: 560 NW 159th St, Miami, FL 33169. Hours: Every Day 9AM–9PM EST.
Customization & Products
Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Absolutely! Add a handwritten card, personalized balloons, chocolates, or request specific colors and flowers. WhatsApp us at +1 305 992 0220 to discuss your custom order.
Can I add a personalized card message?
Yes! Every order includes a handwritten card with your personal message at no extra charge. Enter your message at checkout in the gift note field.
How fresh are your flowers and how long do they last?
All flowers are premium-grade, arranged fresh the same day. With proper care — fresh water, trimmed stems, away from direct sunlight — most arrangements last 5–10 days. Flower food and care instructions are included with every delivery.
Do you offer wedding flowers in Miami?
Yes! We specialize in wedding floristry — bridal bouquets, ceremony arrangements, reception centerpieces, boutonnieres, and full event floral design. Contact us to schedule a consultation. Book 6–8 weeks in advance.
Subscriptions & Payments
How does the flower subscription work?
Our subscription delivers fresh handcrafted bouquets on your schedule — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Customize color preferences, pause or cancel anytime. Visit our Subscriptions page for current plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund. Your happiness is our priority.
