Our Satisfaction Guarantee
At Floralina Flowers, we stand behind every arrangement we create. Because flowers and edible items are perishable by nature, we do not offer returns or refunds on these products. Instead, if you're not fully satisfied, we offer exchanges — contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement arrangement or store credit.
Flowers & Edible Items — Exchange Policy:
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and edible items (chocolates, fruit, etc.), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on these products. However, we are committed to your satisfaction:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue
- We will send a replacement arrangement or provide store credit
- Eligible situations: flowers arriving wilted or damaged; arrangement significantly different from what was ordered; incorrect or missing card message; missing paid add-ons (balloons, chocolates, etc.); failed delivery due to our error
Non-Perishable Items — 24-Hour Return Policy:
For non-perishable items (vases, containers, rental deposits, accessories), we offer a 24-hour return window:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return
- Items must be in original, unused condition
- Returns are processed as a refund to the original payment method
- Rental items follow separate rental agreement terms
Not Eligible for Exchange or Return:
Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery; flowers wilted due to improper care (no water, heat exposure); recipient unavailable and flowers left outside; incorrect delivery address provided by customer; change of mind after arrangement is prepared.
Order Cancellations:
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +1 (305) 992-0220. We can cancel orders that haven't been prepared yet. Once an arrangement is in progress, cancellation is not possible — but we can modify or redirect the delivery.
Delivery:
We deliver within approximately 30 miles of Miami. Free delivery on orders over $150. A $20 delivery fee applies to orders under $150. Some zip codes may be excluded — confirmed at checkout.
