How does the subscription work?
Choose your arrangement tier and how often you'd like it delivered — weekly, every two weeks, or once a month. Select your first delivery date, then complete checkout. Floralina handles everything from there. Each delivery is freshly designed and arranged the morning it arrives. Your subscription renews automatically on your chosen schedule, and you'll receive a reminder before each upcoming delivery.
What flowers will I receive?
Every arrangement is uniquely designed using the finest seasonal blooms available — sourced fresh and assembled by our Miami team the morning of your delivery. We intentionally rotate palettes, textures, and design styles each delivery so you never receive the same arrangement twice.
Does a vase come with every delivery?
Your first delivery arrives in a beautifully matched vase, ready to enjoy from the moment it arrives. Subsequent deliveries are designed to refresh your existing vase. If you ever need a replacement or upgrade, just let us know.
Can I change my arrangement or delivery frequency?
Yes — after your first 2 deliveries, you can update your arrangement tier, delivery frequency, or scheduled delivery date at any time. Changes simply require at least 5 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery.
How do I skip or pause a delivery?
After your first 2 deliveries, you can skip or pause at any time — just give us at least 5 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. Log into your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal, or contact our team.
What if I'm not home for my delivery?
If you won't be home, please let us know in advance so we can make alternative arrangements — a safe drop location, a neighbour, or a building concierge are all options we work with regularly.
When will I be charged?
Your first delivery is charged at checkout. Subsequent deliveries are billed the day before each scheduled delivery date, to the payment method on file. You'll receive a notification before each charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel after your first 2 deliveries, with at least 5 days' notice before your next scheduled delivery. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription from the portal, or reach out to our team directly.
