Q: Are you open to the public?
No, our studio is not open for walk-ins. We work exclusively with preorders, which allows us to focus on creating fresh, custom arrangements made just for you.
Q: How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order 1–2 days in advance. If you need flowers today, we offer same-day delivery (please allow about 4 hours for preparation).
Q: Can I customize my arrangement?
Absolutely! We design custom bouquets and arrangements based on your preferred flowers, colors, or style. Just let us know by calling or sending a message via WhatsApp.

Q: Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Miami & surrounding areas, including Aventura, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, North Miami, Hollywood, Coral Gables, Brickell, Downtown, Fort Lauderdale, and more.
Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! Same-day delivery is available across Miami. Please allow about 4 hours for preparation.
Q: What are your delivery times?
We deliver daily in 4 time windows:
- 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Q: Do you deliver on Sundays and holidays?
Yes, we deliver 7 days a week, including holidays. Preorder is recommended for special dates.
Q: Do you call the recipient?
Yes, we always contact the recipient before delivery — unless you request a surprise.

Q: How long do the flowers last?
With proper care, flowers last 5–7 days. We provide care tips with every order to help them stay fresh longer.
Q: Do you include a card with the flowers?
Yes, every arrangement comes with a complimentary message card so you can add your personal note.
Q: What if a flower I requested is unavailable?
If a specific flower variety is unavailable, we may use alternative flowers of equal or greater value. If you request premium substitutes, additional charges may apply depending on availability.
